The company I work for had never used a CRM before and I was worried about the challenge of adopting a new type of software. That worry went out the window after my first few meetings with Daniel. Not only did he help us achieve our initial goals by incorporating a CRM but he also made several suggestions that took us beyond our original vision. I'll admit to setting a goal of stumping Daniel by asking random in-depth questions at each session and also to failing miserably to do so.
